About the Role

Coles Supermarkets is seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are willing to learn and have a great attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
  • Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark, regardless of the weather.
Requirements
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a group setting.
  • Commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
  • A passion for working safely and adhering to Coles Safe Work practices.
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • Physical fitness to constantly move and lift up to 17kgs.
  • Availability for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
