Senior Consulting Services Manager

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the delivery of consulting services across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have experience leading virtual teams and providing guidance on Workday implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight responsibility for projects, ensuring timely completion and high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engagement managers to identify project needs and develop solutions.
- Support the RFP response process for consulting work, utilizing expertise in Workday applications.
- Assist in the recruitment, development, and management of a remote team of consultants.
- Foster a culture of excellence within the team, driving individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
- Establish credibility with clients and within the organization.
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting growth and skill development.
- Analyze team skills and provide cross-training to ensure adequate staffing for projects.
- Develop direct reports' goals and objectives during bi-annual review processes.
- Capture performance feedback from customers and engagement/project managers quarterly.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Workday (or other ERP) consulting implementation experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Proven experience leading a virtual team essential.
