About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team in a land development consultancy environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with a focus on land development and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape the master planning and detailed design of land development and infrastructure projects.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, designers, and draftspersons.
  • Produce and review technical documentation, including models, calculations, drawings, and reports.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including clients, councils, and service authorities in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of specialist consultants, including construction engineers and project managers.
  • Help instil a culture of technical excellence and contribute to ongoing systematic improvement.
  • Mentor, guide, and support junior staff.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
  • Engineering registration and a minimum path to DAS accreditation.
  • 6+ years relevant industry experience, preferably within a land development / engineering design consultancy environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of local design standards and water authority codes.
  • Comprehensive 12d design skills and a working knowledge of Auto CAD.
  • Practical knowledge in areas such as project management and construction.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise work, and meet established deadlines.
  • Lateral thinking skills to tackle and overcome complex engineering problems.
