Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Strategy and Implementation and subject matter experts to develop creative content solutions.
  • Lead the creative development of graphic design work and ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Provide a range of graphic design services and ensure brand implementation across all mediums.
  • Strategically manage and prioritize competing issues and activities.
  • Provide professional and technical advice and services in relation to graphic design.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver to a high standard.
  • Provide advice to subject matter experts on design solution options.
  • Present information to ensure the intended audience can effectively and efficiently understand the intended message.
  • Develop Digital Identity assets (digital and print) in various formats as needed.
  • Ability to distill technical, policy, and legal information into easy-to-understand products that meet user and business needs across platforms.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve visual communication activities and products, including by regularly reviewing analytics, providing evidence-based strategic insights, and recommendations regarding content performance, quality assurance, and standards compliance.
  • Assist the Communication team with other communication and content tasks as required.
  • A user-centered approach, with the ability to see beyond the specifics of the immediate task to consider how it is connected to, and may have implications for, other pieces of work.
  • Work autonomously and with limited direction as part of a small team and across the broader organization.
