Job Description

As a seasoned warehouse leader, you will have the opportunity to drive performance, improve culture, and deliver smarter warehouse outcomes in a fast-paced 24/7 operation.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on leading a team of warehouse staff across multiple shifts. You will be responsible for managing inventory control, improving labor utilization, and setting clear standards across all facets of warehousing.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a warehouse team in FMCG, with a strong understanding of inventory processes and cost management. You should be comfortable working in a high-performance environment and be able to foster team culture and performance through structure and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across three shifts
  • Drive cultural change, engagement and accountability across the team
  • Lead, coach and develop warehouse supervisors, team leaders and forklift drivers
  • Review and manage third-party logistics (3PL) relationships, freight costs and delivery schedules
  • Identify labor efficiency and cost-saving opportunities
  • Champion food safety compliance including allergen handling and material flow
  • Collaborate with planning and supply chain teams to ensure accurate delivery and storage timing
