Primary Learning Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the engagement, learning progress and achievement of students in our school environment.

This is a full-time continuing teaching appointment with 3 days release and 2 days classroom time, and an initial three-year appointment as Primary Learning Leader.

A subsequent three-year appointment will be offered following a successful performance review.

  • Enhance teacher capacity and effectiveness through quality training and development initiatives
  • Model high-quality teaching and learning practices, providing mentorship and coaching to colleagues
  • Ensure improved educational outcomes for students and drive continuous school improvement
  • Lead and coordinate curriculum implementation across all subject areas
  • Promote effective teaching practices and improved achievement in all curriculum subjects

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in implementing the Australian Curriculum
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Capacity to lead and manage activities which promote student engagement, learning progress and achievement
  • Success as a classroom teacher and commitment to ongoing professional development
