As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead a well-established team in overseeing the Hamilton Sales Department for Brandt Tractor. Your primary objective is to develop and implement effective sales processes, marketing initiatives, and drive market share and profitability.

Your Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales professionals in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, process improvements, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Success in a sales position with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Aptitude and desire to lead others to achieve similar success.
- Strong knowledge of the industry, particularly in agricultural sector.
- Proven ability to create and maintain healthy profitable customer relationships.
- Solid understanding of financial realities of asset and inventory management, budget management, and pricing strategy.
- An attractive remuneration package including a base salary of $120,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits.
