About Our Team Member Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Create memorable experiences for every customer
  • Support your team to achieve sales and performance goals
  • Maintain store stock levels – receive, restock, and keep shelves full
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders efficiently
  • Keep the store looking fresh and tidy
  • Bring a positive attitude and teamwork spirit every shift
The Skills We Need
  • Availability from October to mid-January, including weekends and late nights
  • Retail experience is beneficial, but not essential
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating engaging customer experiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Open to learning, feedback, and growth
