Electrical Maintenance Technician

PHE is currently seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their team at the Visy Pulp and Paper Mill in Tumut. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine electrical maintenance tasks and ensuring that all equipment is functioning efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a trade certification in electro technology and relevant work experience in the field of electrical maintenance. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and repairing electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency

  • Performing routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems

  • Collaborating with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex electrical issues

  • Documenting all maintenance activities and keeping accurate records

Requirements
  • Essential Skills:

  • Trade Certification in Electro Technology (AQF Cert Level 3)

  • Relevant work experience in electrical maintenance

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • High-risk work license with WP class

  • Nsw Electrical License
