Elevate your career as a vital member of our team by joining us as a Fixed Term Full Time Receptionist in Campsie. You'll be working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide high quality customer service and managing a busy front desk reception.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and welcome them into the Centre.
  • Collect and enter patient details into the database.
  • Schedule appointments (when required).
  • Answer telephone calls and enquiries.
  • Provide administration support and other ad hoc duties.

We're looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, previous customer service experience is an advantage. You should also have excellent communication skills, be detail-orientated, able to multi-task and prioritise, and have knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech. If you're a team player who can work independently and present yourself professionally, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
