Embark on a journey with our Graduate Program as a Speech Pathologist, working across various Interprofessional Primary Health programs in your first 12 months.

This role offers a dynamic work environment where no two clients are the same. You will have the opportunity to build your experience and develop professionally within an organisation that supports your growth.

As a Speech Pathologist, you will work closely with clients and their families to create personalised programs and group work. The role involves mostly centre-based work, including the assessment, diagnosis, development and management of paediatric clients in partnership with their families, carers and other service providers.

You will also work across the community going into kindergartens and Schools to work with educators and families, helping children get the most out of their early education by focussing on communication and wellbeing.

Requirements

To be successful, you will require:

  • A Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology
  • Eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership
  • A Working with Children Check

We offer a relocation package for suitable applicants, including:

  • Interstate Applicants: Up to 4 weeks accommodation; $500 relocation; Negotiated after-hours car use for a period of 4 weeks.
  • International Applicants: Up to 4 weeks accommodation; $1500 relocation; Negotiated after-hours car use for a period of 4 weeks.
