The Field Activity Support Team Member is a dynamic role that involves traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute variable tasks, including planograms, merchandise assembly, and signage maintenance. This position requires excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular attendance and flexibility in work schedule.
  • Communicate effectively with District Supervisor on work completion and issues.
  • Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
  • Perform store-specific measurements and cycle counts.
  • Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and point-of-purchase displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through GURA: greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, ask to add value, and appreciate the customer.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
  • Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
  • Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.
