Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage the healthcare of older adults, integrating care with other multidisciplinary team members.
  • Clinical experience in Geriatric Medicine, focusing on multidimensional assessment and management of elderly patients.
  • Collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Deliver quality patient clinical care services across acute, sub-acute, geriatric evaluation, perioperative, and maintenance care.
  • Provide evidence-based and quality clinical care of individual patients in all domains of medical practice.
  • Attend internal and external committees, forums, meetings, working parties, and expert advisory groups.
  • Communicate effectively in clinical practice and corporate functions.
  • Manage patient feedback and investigate incidents and complaints.
