Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Manage the technical installation, setup, maintenance, reliability, performance, and compliance of Core System platforms (PCS, MES, PLC, etc.) and associated interfaces.">
  • Drive technical alignment between different GxP control system platforms.">
  • Perform system administration tasks for local platforms and systems, including development, validation, simulation, and production systems.">
  • Participate in defining the strategy aligned with standardized ES approaches and create roadmaps for design and implementation of PCS-MES systems.">
  • Provide oversight and review of contractors/integrators work during design, construction, commissioning, and validation phases of projects and OPEX initiatives and changes.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A Bachelor of Science in an Engineering or other Science discipline, or equivalent experience.">
  • At least 5+ years' experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Execution Systems/Automation.">
  • Specific experience in process automation, MES, and batch manufacturing industry standards (ISA S88 & S95).">
  • Direct experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting automation and execution systems in a regulated large-scale process-based manufacturing environment.">
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Administration; Server Virtualization; Microsoft IIS troubleshooting; Dell Poweredge server hardware; System Networking including DNS, SMTP, NTP, VLAN, Network Switches/Routers, and Firewalls.">
