We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Management Professional to join our team at General Pants – Bondi Junction.

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and achieving KPI results, building and training a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional customer-driven culture within store.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Review store sales reports and collaborate with the Store Manager to create action plans.
  • Hold yourself and team members accountable for results through regular feedback.
  • Support efficient inventory management, including stocktakes and cycle counts.
  • Assist in implementing visual merchandising standards and support in-store activations.
  • Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development.

About You:

  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience in a retail environment.
  • A genuine passion for fashion and our brands.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and engage a team environment.
  • Proven experience in coaching and developing teams and individuals.
  • A strong track record of driving sales targets and budgets.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including budgets, wages, rostering, visual merchandising, and stock management.
