About the Role:

As a passionate and dedicated early childhood professional, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters children's development and learning. You will work collaboratively with our team to design and implement programs that meet and exceed National Quality Standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard, as well as relevant working with children checks and police checks. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a culture of ongoing improvement and innovation in early childhood education

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in early childhood education (Bachelor degree or equivalent)
  • Experience working in an early childhood setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
