Job Title: Assistant Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Assistant Nurse to join our team at NOOR NURSING AGENCY PTY LTD.

About the Role:

As an Assistant Nurse, you will provide support to clients in their daily activities, including household tasks and social activities. You will also assist clients in accessing community resources and services, monitor and document their progress, and report any changes in their condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to clients, including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting (once trained)
  • Assist clients in accessing community resources and services
  • Monitor and document clients' progress and report any changes in their condition
  • Encourage and facilitate clients' participation in community activities and programs
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs
  • Respond to clients' needs with empathy, respect, and professionalism
Requirements:
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Aged Care
  • National Police check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • A minimum 6 months experience in an Aged Care Facility
  • NDIS workers screening
  • Current Flu and Covid Vaccinations
  • Working right
