About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Structural Engineer - Project Delivery Specialist to join our Brisbane team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded individual to take the next step in their career with a global market leader.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering BIM-enabled structural engineering solutions for Defence, Maritime, and Infrastructure projects.

You will work closely with a diverse team of professionals who are committed to ensuring we remain a trusted partner to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM delivery on government and non-government projects, as well as experience using software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver project documentation requirements within a multi-disciplinary project according to budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and satisfaction.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

- An Associate Degree/Diploma of Design or Engineering.

- At least 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in Defence, Maritime, or Infrastructure fields.

- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary

Our estimated salary for this role is between $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
