Warehouse Operations Specialist

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Storeperson to support our warehouse operations, inventory control, and quality assurance processes. You will be an essential part of our day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone with warehouse experience who thrives in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment.

About Our Team

We have completed two acquisitions to date, accelerating growth and improving profitability with sales, marketing, operations, and strategic management expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, record, and process incoming goods with accuracy and care.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Operate forklifts and manual handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in quality control checks of production, marketing, and sample materials.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely inbound/outbound shipments.
  • Assist with regular stocktakes and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Use warehouse systems (WMS, Asana) for task management and tracking.
  • Train and support new warehouse staff or casual team members when required.

Requirements

The following skills, experience, and traits are essential:

  • Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience.
  • Current Forklift License and experience.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A great attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • High computer literacy - Microsoft Office, Excel, Asana.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
  • Sound knowledge of workplace health & safety standards.
