Civil Infrastructure Project Director

We seek an accomplished Project Leader to helm our significant civil infrastructure project in Melbourne.
This senior leadership position will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of project delivery from initial planning to final close-out.
- Lead the project initiation process and transition to execution.
- Ensure a safe working environment for the team.
- Oversee project finances and maintain budget adherence.
- Develop detailed project schedules for efficient delivery.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and supply chains.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients, providing regular updates.
- Motivate and lead the project team for optimal performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- More than 20 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction specifications.
- Expertise in contracts and commercial matters.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
