Our organization is seeking a seasoned data professional to spearhead the development of cutting-edge machine learning solutions.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to drive business impact through strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy highly effective ML models tailored to key banking use cases, leveraging expertise in statistical methods such as regression, clustering, and neural networks.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to address complex business challenges, delivering actionable insights that inform decision-making.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable ML solutions on cloud platforms, prioritizing security, efficiency, and ease of deployment.
  • Mentor and lead junior data scientists and engineers in AI/ML initiatives and proof-of-concept projects, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Write high-quality, efficient code using Python, R, and Java, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP), with a strong track record of deploying successful ML models into production.
  • Proven expertise in developing and deploying ML models on cloud platforms, particularly Azure (highly desirable).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, and Java, with proficiency in big data technologies such as Apache Spark and Hive.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like ggplot and other similar tools, enabling effective communication of results.
  • Experience with MLOps practices and scalable ML architecture, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
