We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hospitality establishment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry and possess exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the bar and other front-of-house areas
  • Oversee and support the work of the front-of-house team
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training and development
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Duty Manager
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in using POS systems and other hospitality-specific software
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
