About the Role
UGL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join their team in Darwin, supporting operations on a well-established LNG plant.
This role requires a local resident with 10+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a similar hydrocarbon facility or related industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing detailed maintenance plans and schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems, utilizing expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and fabrication trades, along with proficiency in CMMS (SAP).
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Utilize Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage work orders and maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities include:
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure efficient execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems.
Utilization of CMMS
- Use Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage work orders and maintenance tasks.
Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and execution of maintenance plans.
Qualifications
- Proficient in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Experience with SAP (preferred), Prometheus (preferred), Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- A strong focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and efficiency.
