Clinical Care Manager Job Summary

This is a leadership role that ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care through advanced clinical practice and staff supervision.

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations of the care home and provide clinical guidance and support to nursing and care staff.
  • Evaluate residents' goals, preferences, and assessed needs to ensure care is delivered accordingly.
  • Oversee care planning, assessments, case conferences, and documentation while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care and support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff.

The ideal candidate will possess current registration as a Registered Nurse, minimum 3 years' post-registration experience in aged care, and strong understanding of clinical governance and aged care standards.
