About the Role

We are seeking a trade-qualified Electrician and Electrical Supervisor to join our Edna May team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing monthly scheduled statutory requirements, installing underground reticulation, and performing breakdown/maintenance of underground drilling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete monthly scheduled statutory requirements
  • Installation of U/G reticulation
  • Breakdown/maintenance of U/G drilling equipment
  • Installation of RCT tele remote systems
  • Installation of underground communication system and updating drawings
  • Maintenance and breakdown repairs to electrical plant U/G
  • Attend daily pre-shift meetings
  • Ensure statutory documentation is completed daily
  • Ensure electrical testing is completed and recorded to comply with electrical standards
  • Update of Single line drawings, asset registers and installation tasks prior to the end of shift
  • Complete an updated handover to the crossover shift

Tickets and Licences Required:

  • Certificate III in Electrical Technology
  • Competent computer skills
  • Valid Manual Australian Driver's Licence
  • Able to provide National Police Clearance (within 6 months of commencement)
  • Working Safely at Heights
  • Current High Voltage switching Licence
  • LVR/CPR
  • Current high Voltage switching certificate
  • WAE200 Nominee Course desirable
