Lead Residential Aged Care Nurse

We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and support Registered Nurses in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
- Deliver nursing care to residents with complex needs, including palliative care, dementia support, and pain management.
- Support nursing staff regarding assessment and care planning processes, documentation, and evaluation of care outcomes.
The successful candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional care and have excellent communication skills in team and one-on-one interactions.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be currently registered with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Div 2).
- Have at least 1 year of experience in residential aged care.
- Have experience with dementia care and palliative care support.
- Be proficient in decision making, critical analysis, and on-the-spot problem solving.
You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and work collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
