About the Role
This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced laborer to become part of a well-established team. You will report directly to a hands-on Technician Manager who brings over a decade of expertise to the role. This role demands a candidate with extensive technical, trade, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Employ problem-solving techniques to identify the root causes of issues.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols.
- Conduct water pH testing.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Repair pumps and electrical systems as necessary.
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience as a Service Technician in the pool industry is essential.
- Possession of an Australian Driver's License.
- Strong communication skills.

- Willingness to take direction and learn quickly.
