About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our Estate Management team as a Client Service Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and make a real difference in their lives.

About the Team

The Estate Management division is responsible for managing the financial and legal affairs of customers who are unable to make decisions on their own. Our team works closely with customers, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and their rights are protected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to support customers with complex needs
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Manage customer finances and make decisions on their behalf
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Understanding of NSW Trustee and Guardian's key services and customer base
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated equivalent industry or professional experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
