Lead Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated educator to lead our nursery room in providing exceptional educational programs for young children.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and current WA Working with Children Check.

  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team of educators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with centre leadership, parents and other stakeholders.
  • Able to collaborate with the Educational Leader to continuously improve teaching practices and ensure high-quality learning experiences for children.
