About the Role

The Lead Appian Consultant will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design: The consultant will lead the design of scalable and efficient applications by understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into practical solutions.
  • Consulting: As a trusted advisor, the consultant will provide strategic recommendations and roadmaps to maximize the value of technology investments.
  • Leadership: The consultant will mentor junior developers and consultants, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Delivery Management: The consultant will oversee the delivery of end-to-end implementations, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met, to delight customers and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Client Engagement: The consultant will build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and value-driven insights.
  • Innovation: The consultant will stay abreast of new features and industry trends, incorporating them into solutions to enhance client outcomes.
  • Collaboration: The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to align solutions with client objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a technical field is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in technology delivery, business analytics, or consulting, including at least 2 years in a lead or client-facing role.
  • Consulting Skills: Proven ability to work with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading teams in technical environments.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions.
