About the Role

Talent International is seeking a highly skilled EL1 Change Management Specialist to join our team in the Policy Program and Engagement Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, designing, and delivering change management activities across various projects, including Aged Care, Allied Health, Pathology & Diagnostic Imaging, Medicines Management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize adoption
  • Build and maintain key internal stakeholder relationships to effectively embed change
  • Apply a structured methodology to lead organisational change management activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Provide expert advice on change management best practices

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating organisational change management requirements
  • Proven track record of applying a structured methodology to lead organisational change management activities
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to deal with complex situations and information
  • Government experience is highly desirable
