We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Office Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to join our Sydney office team at Tiffany & Co.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-level administrative support, managing complex projects, and coordinating events.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to make a meaningful impact on the day-to-day professional lives of our Managing Director and office team.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and leadership team, including managing complex diaries, meetings, travel schedules, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate conferences, training, and team functions, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail.
  • Partner with the leadership team to create opportunities for boosting store morale and engagement through organized team events, milestone celebrations, and team moments.
  • Create inspirational in-store communication across various channels, including internal newsletters, teams, and WhatsApp groups.
  • Support the team in client-centric activities and events, such as catering and logistics for private appointments.
  • Manage stationery and client correspondence materials, ensuring timely ordering and maintenance of supplies.
  • Oversee the use of all store spaces and meeting rooms, maintaining a best-in-class presentation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience working as an Executive Assistant or Office Coordinator.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High level of integrity and discretion to handle sensitive employee information and client data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong initiative and prioritization skills.
