RACGP Medical Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Registrar Liaison Officer in General Practice Education. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our Regional Operations Manager and local teams to deliver GP training programs.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will possess experience in general practice performance assessment and education/training development, as well as strong communication and advocacy skills. You will also have a passion for assisting registrars and GP training, and a good working knowledge of requirements for the AGPT program.
Key Responsibilities- Advocate for the individual and collective needs of GP registrars participating in the RACGP training programs.
- Support medical education: module curation, updates, and additions. Answer questions from members, staff, participants, and training organisations relating to the educational materials.
- Assist Training Programs Department support: day-to-day questions relating to any medical education aspects of the program.
- Work with management to inform quality improvements relevant to the practice environment.
- Experience in the general practice environment (currently employed)
- Strong communication and advocacy skills

- Good working knowledge of requirements for the AGPT program
