The Role

We're seeking a Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at Carousel Kathmandu. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for supporting the management team in the successful operation of the store. You'll work closely with customers to create an enjoyable shopping experience, assist with sales and operational tasks, and contribute to achieving sales and KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in the profitable running of the store
  • Create an enjoyable experience for every customer by sharing your passion for adventure and the outdoors
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Assist with store operational requirements as requested by management

We're looking for someone with experience in the retail sales environment who can demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a positive attitude.
