This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate level lawyer to join our dynamic Liability team in Hobart. As part of this role, you will handle claims across all major classes of insurance, acting on behalf of prominent insurer and defendant clients in personal injury and health law litigation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage your own file load effectively;
- Build strong client relationships with a focus on delivering exceptional client service;
- Mentor junior practitioners in their career development;
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer who can demonstrate the following qualities:
- Previous experience in insurance law, preferably in personal injury litigation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving;
- A willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This figure may be adjusted based on individual circumstances.
