Key Role: People & Culture Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a progressive business in a time of strategic change. Reporting to the General Manager People, Culture & Wellbeing Partner; you will work closely with People Leaders in delivering pragmatic and commercially sound people planning and advice.

About the Opportunity:

  • Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor, proactive deliverer, and impactful coach across all areas of People & Culture.
  • Support and advise on performance, Employee Relations and complex workplace investigations.
  • Support commercial delivery through effective change leadership, including acquisition support, integration and project implementation.
  • Lead and implement robust succession, talent and workforce planning to ensure a strong pipeline across key positions to support future needs.
  • Proactive workforce performance management, supporting leaders to create high performing, highly engaged teams.
  • Support all cyclic HR activities within the Area of Responsibility, ensuring alignment with the overall Group People Plan.
  • Support safety programs and initiatives, in line with, and supporting, the Workplace Health & Safety team.

About You:

  • Customer-focused, people-driven and passionate about delivering commercial and consultative People & Culture solutions.
  • Growth mindset with an ability to distil complex issues and explain with clarity.
  • Self-motivated with solid People & Culture operational experience.
  • Tactical experience in multi-site sales operations.
  • Personable, proactive and committed to building strong working relationships, engaging with all levels of our business.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent coach, communicator, planner and influencer.
