Key Responsibilities:


  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot machinery.
  • Establish and manage production lines.
  • Pack and prepare products for distribution.
  • Foster a culture of quality and adherence to SOPs and company work instructions.
  • Perform visual quality control checks on products.
  • Update and complete documentation as required.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of production equipment.
  • Participate in general housekeeping and maintenance efforts.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical, food, or related industry.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and excellent mechanical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with GMP standards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and strong team player.
