About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to join our client's team in the Gold Coast area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering results within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the project is delivered within budget.
  • Collaborate with designers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in high-rise development.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of project managers and contract administrators.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent.
