We are seeking an experienced Depot Manager to lead our recycling operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our depot, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that our operations run efficiently.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. They will be responsible for rostering casual team members, sorting recyclable items, and welcoming and assisting customers. Cash handling and accurate record keeping are also essential parts of the role.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience leading a small team, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in Excel and Outlook. A current driver's license is also required. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a wasteless society and has a 'can do' attitude when it comes to customer service.
