Asset Management Expertise

We seek experienced professionals with expertise in Reliability Engineering and Asset Management to join our Business Advisory team.

  • Using sector knowledge and industry contacts to successfully complete infrastructure asset management projects;
  • Developing or leading data and system solutions to improve operational management and strategy of physical infrastructure;
  • Building positive relationships in the market and internally;
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to advise on optimal courses of action and deliver client service;
  • Developing asset and maintenance management strategies, providing reliability engineering expertise, conducting data analysis, reviewing business and operational processes and systems;

Collaborative working with team members to plan project resources and deliver best-in-class solutions for clients is essential.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Reliability Engineering and Asset Management, with experience in delivering outstanding client experiences and commercial performance on projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Mining, manufacturing or resources industry experience in a recognised consulting asset management environment;
  • Extensive experience in Reliability Engineering and Maintenance strategies;
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities;
  • Commercially astute and demonstrable experience in delivering technical and commercial performance on projects.

Experience in Operational Readiness, Care and Maintenance, Decarbonisation, business development, networking and client relationship management is highly regarded.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline;
  • Mining, manufacturing or resources industry experience in a recognised consulting asset management environment;
  • Extensive experience in Reliability Engineering and Maintenance strategies;
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities;
  • Commercially astute and demonstrable experience in delivering outstanding client experiences coupled with technical and commercial performance on projects.
