THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you seeking a new direction in your career?
We have an exciting opening for a Retail Team Member. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager and a dedicated Retail Team, engaging in various activities including retail sales, customer service, and inventory management.
This position offers full-time hours from Monday to Friday (7:30am to 4:30pm), with no weekend or public holiday shifts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with customers to build lasting relationships through in-person, email, and phone interactions Promote and sell a range of products Handle inbound sales calls, processing and entering orders efficiently Assist with yard duties and stock loading Commit to ongoing personal and professional development Collaborate with colleagues and other departments as necessary Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure working environmentABOUT YOU
