Job Opportunity: Deliver Exceptional Patient Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being are at the forefront of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personalised clinical care to our residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Supervising and managing care workers to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to our high standards.
  • Conducting thorough assessments of our residents' care needs, developing and implementing effective care plans to meet their individual requirements.
  • Monitoring and evaluating care plans, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our care team.
  • Knowledge of clinical issues related to ageing, including dementia and challenging behaviours.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, prioritising resident-centred care and promoting a culture of empathy and compassion.
