About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated cleaner to join our team in Melbourne. This is a permanent, full-time position that involves working after hours on a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness using various machinery and equipment
  • Carry out hard/soft floor maintenance including scrubbing and buffing
  • Clean windows and perform steam cleaning tasks
  • Provide carpet cleaning and spot treatment services
  • Conduct pressure washing of external surfaces and building facades
  • Respond to emergency jobs as needed
  • Perform biohazard cleaning and water extraction tasks
  • Assist with staff training on machine operation
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S and chemical handling regulations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Cleaning Technician
  • Hands-on experience with cleaning machinery
  • Strong focus on creating and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple sites
