About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Pinnacle Rehab. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in designing, shaping, and implementing a learning strategy that supports the growth and development of our employees across the business.

As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for advising on and developing training and development programs that are used to develop internal personnel. You will also plan and consult with internal and external stakeholders to roll out Learning and Development (L&D) programs.

Working across different divisions within the business, you will review, design, and evaluate training programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading, developing, and planning all aspects of the training programs across all divisions.
  • Implementing a strategy for the successful rollout of current training programs.
  • Managing the design and content of training programs across integrated learning management software systems.
  • Engaging with external stakeholders and facilitators to schedule regular training and ensure internal stakeholders are engaged in the programs.
  • Taking a consultative approach with key stakeholders to foster a culture of learning and development, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Delivering content across workshops, online, and in-person training sessions.
  • Providing monthly reporting on course content, delivery of the best learning experience, courses, and training material.

About You

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within learning and development, ideally within workers compensation.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, training, education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with learning and development systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Proactive and consultative approach to L&D, ensuring that programs meet evolving organization needs.
