The Role:

We are seeking an Investigator to join our team. As an Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into allegations of misconduct, neglect, abuse, and/or criminal activity by employees and volunteers. This will involve research, interviewing witnesses and alleged perpetrators, documenting the investigation process, and identifying root causes of incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct objective and timely investigations into allegations of misconduct, neglect, abuse, and/or criminal activity;
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and procedural fairness in all investigations;
  • Document the investigation process, evidence, actions, and outcomes;
  • Identify root causes of incidents and recommend improvements;
  • Manage internal and external reporting obligations;
  • Liaise with other oversight and investigative bodies;
  • Provide updates to senior leaders regarding the status of investigations as required;
  • Undertake risk assessments;
  • Undertake legislative compliance audits as required.
