Site Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our site-based service team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily site and business operations, ensuring site safety, maintaining equipment, responding to breakdowns, staff scheduling, customer interaction, and reporting as per contractual obligations.

The Role Requires:
  • Mechanical/Electrical trade and/or engineering qualifications
  • Underground coal mining experience on continuous miners, shuttle cars, and related equipment

You should also possess the following skills:

  • Build and foster genuine relationships with customers and staff
  • Mentor, support, and coordinate a team of service personnel
  • Monitor and report on product performance
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement processes
