The company is committed to delivering exceptional results in the APAC region, and they are seeking a seasoned Senior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join their team.

Job Description:

This exciting opportunity will see you working on a broad scope of corporate/commercial legal work, covering key aspects such as commercial contract review, complex negotiations, regulatory matters, technology contracts, product launches, M&A, privacy, licensing, IP, marketing, technology, and more.

You will have direct access to senior executives, enjoy a collaborative team environment, and have the chance to supervise junior lawyers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a sharp technical skill set, combined with strong commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

A background in financial services/regulatory or technology law would be highly regarded, but not essential. Exposure to online trading and derivatives will also be considered a plus.
