Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients.
About the Role- Perform comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments of patients.
- Function in accordance with relevant legislation and policy.
- Complete accurate documentation of nursing care and patient progress.
- Act in accordance with the profession's code of ethics and professional standards.
- Recognize and respond to deteriorating patients.
- Work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Recent clinical experience in acute care, preferably in oncology nursing.
- Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions in complex situations.
- Fitness Passport.
