About the Role

As a Movements Coordinator with the Australian Defence Force, you will play a critical role in supporting ADF operations and exercises.

You will be responsible for managing complex movements, from coordinating small specialist groups to large-scale deployments of entire ADF units, utilizing land, air, and sea assets.

You will work closely with the Navy, Air Force, and other government agencies, foreign militaries, emergency services, and border force officials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, control, and report on movements
  • Arrange individual and group travel for personnel during operations and exercises
  • Coordinate the movement of vehicles and equipment by road, rail, sea, and air
  • Perform movement control functions at staging areas, airfields, ports, and terminals
  • Collaborate with Air Force, Navy, Government, and Non-Government agencies, as well as foreign military logistics personnel
Working Environment

You will work in a variety of environments, including barracks, airfields, ports, and terminals, as well as in field environments away from your home unit location.
