Job Title: Payroll / Administration Officer

Careerlink People Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Payroll / Administration Officer to join our team in the Adelaide CBD.

About the Role:

We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic individual with excellent communication skills to assist with various administrative tasks, including payroll processing, record-keeping, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Undertake a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and information within established procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to general enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Assist with database maintenance and electronic filing of documents
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of reliability and ability to work independently
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and accounting software
  • General clerical and administration skills
  • Ability to obtain relevant clearances, such as National Police Clearance and/or DSCI Clearance
